Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be unworn or unused
- Tags and original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Please note:
- Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If the product is damaged during shipping, defective, or there is another issue caused by our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
- Return the original item after approval
- Place a new order separately once the return is accepted
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Tags and original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time
